fyi :: How big is Hawaii's tourist economy growing? Airlines are expected to increase seat capacity by 13% in 2005, which is like two and a half million seats. That's a lot. Of those 13% aditional visitors, the largest share, 20%, is expected to go to Maui, followed by Kaui, Oahu, and the Big Island. (Hard to figure out those airline bankrupsy stories, unless they're just bargaining chips with unions, banks, and regulators.)
