But the remains of the Menehune Ditch remind visitors that even before Polynesians arrived, Kauai was a garden.

Remember :: Of all West Kauai's natural wonders Waimea Canyon is the biggest. It's taken eons to carve this Grand Canyon of the Pacific that's two miles wide, 10 miles long, and 3,600 feet deep.
