Puna's lush green landscape allows nurseries grow millions of Papayas, anthuriums, and orchids, but Puna lives under the volcano and in the lava flow's path. These lava flows can be seen at Lava Tree State Park, the buried village of Kapoho, the Kumakahi Lighthouse, and at the end of the Kaimu-Kapoho Rd. in Kaimu, where a lava flow buried the caost road in '92.
