To get a marriage license in Hawaii, you need $60 in cash, an official photo identification, and you must be 16 or older. If you are under 18, you need parental consent. There are no blood tests, waiting periods, or residency requirements, and a marriage license is valid for 30 days. The Marriage License Bureau (1250 Punchbowl Street) is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM, or you can get a marriage license from a licensed agent.
